Enhance the comfort and performance of your Trakker Tempest RS Shelter with the Trakker Tempest RS Skull Cap. Designed as a practical addition to the Tempest RS system, it provides extra protection from the elements while helping to create a more comfortable environment inside your shelter throughout the year.
The Skull Cap extends the shelter's peak, providing additional coverage around the entrance and door area. This extra protection is particularly useful during wet or changeable conditions, helping to create a more sheltered area at the front of your bivvy.
Adding a second layer over the shelter also improves insulation and temperature control. During warmer weather, the Skull Cap creates additional shade to help keep the interior cooler, while in colder conditions the dual-layer construction provides extra insulation. Importantly, the additional layer can also greatly reduce condensation, helping to maintain a more comfortable environment during overnight and longer sessions.
Manufactured from enhanced Aquatexx™ multi-layer fabric, the Tempest RS Skull Cap offers excellent water repellency and breathability alongside a black-out pigment that helps reduce light penetration.
The RS version also benefits from improved guttering, helping manage rainwater around the shelter, plus two magnetic rod straps for conveniently securing your fishing rods when required.
