Full Description
The Trakker Impact Zig Line 100m is a specialist zig and floater fishing line developed to provide a natural, discreet and reliable presentation when targeting carp throughout the water column. Used extensively during the testing of the Trakker Impact Zig Fishing Float Kit, it has been designed specifically with modern zig fishing in mind.
Manufactured using an advanced copolymer monofilament construction and a cutting-edge nano technology process, the Impact Zig Line has neutral buoyancy. This helps the hooklink behave naturally in the water, allowing floating hook baits to be presented effectively when targeting cautious or heavily pressured carp.
Reliability is essential when fishing long zig hooklinks, particularly around weed, gravel bars and other underwater obstacles. Trakker has therefore combined excellent knot strength with strong abrasion resistance, giving anglers confidence when playing powerful carp in demanding situations.
The line's supple construction and near-zero memory help create a natural presentation while reducing unwanted coiling. An ultra-low diameter-to-breaking-strain ratio also helps keep the hooklink refined and unobtrusive without sacrificing the strength required for serious carp fishing.
Finished in a clear, low-visibility colour, Impact Zig Line is particularly useful when fishing clear water or targeting wary carp on pressured venues where discreet presentation can make a significant difference.
Supplied on a generous 100m spool and available in 10lb, 12lb and 15lb breaking strains, there's plenty of line for tying multiple zig and floater hooklinks, making Trakker Impact Zig Line a versatile addition to any carp angler's terminal tackle
